Veronica Zan was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ms. Zan earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University where she majored in Political Science and minored in both Spanish and Criminal Justice. She moved to Oklahoma City in 2010 and enrolled in Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she competed on the American Bar Association National Appellate Moot Court Team, was a member of Oklahoma City University’s Law Review, was inducted to the Order of Barristers, received the Academic Achievement Award from Phi Alpha Delta, Vaught Chapter, and also received CALI Awards for Secured Transactions and Legal Research and Writing II before graduating Cum Laude in 2013.

During the summer following her first year in law school, Veronica also took an opportunity to study International Law abroad in both The Netherlands and Switzerland. Thereafter, she became a Licensed Legal Intern for a small family law firm in Oklahoma City up until the bar exam. After passing the bar exam, Ms. Zan was employed at a small general practice firm for six months before relocating to another small family law firm. Ms. Zan specializes in all areas of family law, including custody, paternity, division of assets, child support, and juvenile matters.

When she is not working to find equitable solutions to her clients’ needs, Ms. Zan enjoys avidly supporting the Indianapolis Colts and, of course, the Oklahoma City Thunder.
