Barry Davis

Barry Davis is the Head of the Estate Planning Center at Atkins & Markoff. Mr. Davis was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, received his undergraduate degree in 1971 from the University of Oklahoma and received his law degree from Oklahoma City University Law School in 1975. Mr. Davis has maintained a commercial and insurance trial practice in Oklahoma for thirty years. He is a certified mediator, trained by the American Arbitration Association, and has mediated and arbitrated over 1,000 cases.

Mr. Davis is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the Association of Attorney-Mediators. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Mr. Davis has been married for 28 years and has 3 children. In addition to his work as an attorney Mr. Davis teaches an adult Sunday school class and sings in his church choir.
