An Oklahoma man was arrested and charged with making interstate threats last week before taxes were due after he announced on Twitter that he would start a war against the government on the steps of the Oklahoma City Capital building.

The man arrested announced on Twitter that he was “Locked AND loaded for the Oklahoma State Capitol. Let’s see what happens.”
