Mr. Markoff was born and raised in Houston, Texas, received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Mr. Atkins received his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and obtained his law degree from The University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Attorney Tommy Adler
